Russia and China sign agreement to develop economic cooperation until 2030

"By adding up our rich scientific potential and production capabilities, Russia and China can become world leaders in information technology, network security and artificial intelligence," Vladimir Putin said during the Russian-Chinese talks.

The Kremlin leader noted that ensuring technological sovereignty is the key to sustainable development of the Russian Federation and China. "We propose to go the way of improving strategic sectoral partnerships," added the President of the Russian Federation. During the meeting, Putin also said that energy cooperation between the two countries is expanding.
