This was announced by the permanent representation of the Russian Federation in the UN on its "Telegram" channel.
"The parties exchanged ideas on the current situation in the field of global food security, emphasizing the problem of unhindered access of Russian agricultural products to world markets. Considering also the main share of Russia in the world export of grains and fertilizers, both sides have confirmed their commitment to ensure the implementation of the relevant Russia-UN memorandum", the publication says.
The parties met on May 31 in Geneva.
