Russia-Belarus, talks begin between Putin and Lukashenko

Negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko began near St. Petersburg, in Strelnya, near St. Petersburg. The journalists, according to a statement from the Moscow Defense Ministry, “were working on the artillery attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with cluster munitions.
