Russia Thwarts Ukrainian Unmanned Boat Attack
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that attacks by Ukrainian unmanned boats on the country's maritime military bases in the Black Sea were thwarted. "The attack on Ukrainian unmanned boats was carried out on Friday morning to one of the military bases of the Russian Navy, on the Crimean Peninsula, in the Black Sea," said the Russian Ministry of Defense, Friday (4/8/2023). According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, in the early hours of Friday, Ukrainian troops, using two unmanned boats, attempted to attack the Novorossiysk naval base, but the boats were destroyed by Russian warships.
