Russian Official: US Is Preparing Taiwan To Become Second Ukraine

  The Speaker of the Lower House of the Russian Parliament, the Duma said that the United States, is trying to turn Taiwan, into a second Ukraine. Vyacheslav Volodin, Saturday (5/8/2023) said, "Washington is preparing Taiwan to get the same fate as Ukraine, because President Joe Biden made another mistake." He added, "After his policies failed in Ukraine, President Joe Biden is now seeking salvation by creating another new conflict."

According to Vyacheslav Volodin, the United States, at the same time, must be faced with the danger of losing its hegemony in the world. "Biden is trying to create conflict in Taiwan so that voters in America, their attention is not focused on domestic issues anymore," he added. On the other hand, this Russian official stressed the condemnation of the United Nations, the UN on the US, for supplying weapons to Taiwan.
