Secretary General of Hezbollah: Al-Quran Burning Actions in Europe Must Be Recompensed!

The Secretary General of Hezbollah, in his speech in the city of Nabatieh, south of Lebanon, urged reprisals against people who have burned Al-Qurans in European countries. Sayid Hassan Nasrullah, Tuesday (1/8/2023) said, "The Enlightenment Jihad has started in the afternoon of Asyura. Today we must step together with this historic event. The most important lesson of Karbala is that we must fight and not back down. The reason is thirst, hunger, betrayal, and alienation none of which can change the movement of Imam Hussein."

He added, "I ask all young Muslims to take revenge on those who have burned the Koran. Don't wait for anyone, not the OIC or the Arab League, not even the government and the army." According to the Secretary General of Hezbollah, if Lebanon had waited for the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the OIC and the Arab League, this country would have collapsed, but because of the presence of great Islamic scholars and thanks to the Iranian Islamic Revolution and the call of Imam Khomeini, that did not happen. It is this problem, said Nasrallah, that has prevented Israel from swallowing up Lebanon. What is currently happening in the world has made Hezbollah even more convinced that the choice of this group is the right choice.
