Secretary of the Supreme Political Council of Yemen: The Palestine issue was kept alive by Quds Day
The last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan, with the initiative of Imam Khomeini, the great founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has been named International Quds Day.
After naming the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan as International Quds Day, the Muslim nation views the Palestinian cause as a necessity to support oppressed nations. Yasser Al-Houri, the secretary of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, said in an interview with SNN on Thursday that naming the International Quds Day angered the Zionist regime, the United States and the United Kingdom because it revived the spirit of resistance, struggle, and hope. for the liberation of Palestine and the holy places in the Islamic Ummah. Yasir al-Houri added that World Quds Day is approaching as the truth of America, Britain and the West, who always call falsely to protect human rights and freedom and support the Zionist regime and participate in his crimes, it has become clear to the nations of the world. The Secretary of the High Political Council of Yemen stated that this year, on World Quds Day, it should be emphasized that the normalization of relations with the Zionists and the synergy of Arab and Islamic nations in supporting the Palestinians are condemned and opposed. Al-Houri added that the most important message of this year's Quds Day to the nations of the world is that silence regarding the crimes of the occupiers and their supporters is a stain that will never be erased. This Yemeni official said that the World Quds Day brought a great victory, a great axis and powerful currents and movements in the region, which can cause great changes in the region and the destruction of the Zionist regime in the near future.
