Reuters news agency has highlighted the concerns of the Director of the US National Security Agency regarding the disclosure of the country's secret information and wrote that: Tulsi Gabbard, who oversees 18 intelligence agencies, has said that the agency will vigorously pursue all those who provided information to hold them accountable for their illegal disclosure of information.
Gabbard wrote about the incident on her X social media page: "Releasing information for political gain undermines our national security and the trust of the American people and cannot be tolerated."
The Director of the US National Security Agency also pointed to some examples of leaks of information about Israel and Iran, US-Russia relations and the Center for Counterintelligence and National Security in media outlets such as "Huffington Post", "Washington Post", "NBC News", etc. and added: "Any unauthorized release of classified information is a violation of the law and action will be taken."
