The Speaker of the Syrian Parliament has responded to the outrageous claims of the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime of Israel regarding the occupied Golan.
Hammouda Youssef Sabbagh, Speaker of the Syrian Parliament, announced on Tuesday that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's claims about the occupied Golan are irrelevant and that the Golan is recognized as part of Syrian territory.
Regarding the current internal situation in the country, Sabbagh also said: The parliament extends a hand of cooperation to the new Syrian rulers and recognizes itself as a servant of the people.
Last Sunday, following the collapse of the Syrian government, Israeli media announced that the regime's tanks had arrived in the occupied Golan Heights.
The Israeli Prime Minister then said that the occupied Syrian Golan Heights would remain "forever an inseparable part" of Israel.
Benjamin Netanyahu made the announcement on Monday, a day after ordering the regime's military to advance into the area separating the Golan from the rest of Syria.
