The African Union condemns Israel's move to ban Guterres

An alliance of 104 member states of the United Nations, including the African Union, has condemned the decision of the Zionist administration of Israel to declare the Secretary General Antonio Guterres "a person not wanted."

The group has announced strong support for Guterres even after the Israeli ban. The statement criticized the decision of Israel's Foreign Minister Yisrael Katz and said that giving Guterres the title of "unacceptable person" weakens the authority of the United Nations .

The statement said that 104 countries have reaffirmed their full support and confidence in the Secretary General of the United Nations and his work . The countries that signed the statement also wanted to respect the leadership of the United Nations and its work.

The 104 members of the United Nations have called on all parties to avoid actions that could undermine the important role of the United Nations in resolving conflicts and, instead, to support plans that contribute to a peaceful and lasting solution to the Middle East (West Asia) crisis .

Recently, the Israeli apartheid regime declared Guterres a "person of non-refoulement" and thus banned him from entering the occupied territories. The decision followed Guterres' demands for an immediate cessation of tensions in the Middle East .

Israel accused Guterres of not mentioning Iran by name or openly condemning Tehran for its recent Operation True Promise II which was carried out using missiles in response to the crimes and terrorism of the illegal Israeli regime .
