According to the ceasefire agreement with Hezbollah, the deadline for the Israeli regime to withdraw from southern Lebanon expired today, Tuesday morning.

The Israeli Radio and Television Corporation announced on Monday night that the regime army had withdrawn from southern Lebanon, except for the five points it had announced earlier. AP reported that the regime army had handed over the town of Mays al-Jabal to the Lebanese army, and that the country's army had entered southern Lebanon.

According to the Israel-24 TV channel, the Zionist regime's army issued a statement stating that its soldiers will remain in five locations in southern Lebanon.

The Israeli occupation regime stated that the reason for its decision was to keep any Hezbollah activity south of the Litani River in the spotlight.

By the way, Lebanese President Joseph Aoun said: "The important issue for Lebanon is the withdrawal of the Israeli enemy from Lebanese soil, because this enemy is not trustworthy, and we are concerned that it will not completely withdraw from Lebanon."

Preparations for the relocation of Gaza residents

According to other news, the Zionist regime's Minister of War, Israel Katz, announced the establishment of a special department within the regime's Ministry of War for the evacuation of residents of the Gaza Strip. According to a statement released by the Israeli Ministry of Security, it is planned that representatives of other Israeli ministries and security services will be present in this department.

Earlier, US President Donald Trump made a controversial statement demanding the complete evacuation of the Gaza Strip and the deportation of Palestinians to Arab countries, particularly Jordan and Egypt.

This comes as Jordan's King Abdullah II, in a speech on Monday evening, opposed Trump's plan to forcibly displace Palestinians from the Gaza Strip, saying, "Jordan's position is firm on the Palestinian issue, against forced displacement, the construction of urban settlements, and an alternative homeland for the Palestinian people."

Difficult situation in Gaza

Reports from Gaza indicate that Israeli warplanes, continuing to violate the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, targeted a civilian car on Al-Rashid Street. Al-Rashid Street is located in the center of the Gaza Strip, northwest of the Nuseirat camp.

The Gaza Health Ministry announced in its latest statistics that the number of deaths in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023 (15 Mehr 1402 AH) has reached 48,284. The number of injured in Gaza has reached 111,709.

In this regard, Muhammad Abu Salmiyeh, head of Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza, warned of the deplorable conditions in hospitals due to the severe shortage of medical equipment, saying: "The Zionist regime has stopped direct killings with fighter jets and missiles, but continues indirect killings by preventing equipment from entering hospitals in the Gaza Strip, especially Gaza City and its northern part, despite the fact that these areas are included in the Humanitarian Protocol."
