The largest military aid package in British history is about to arrive in Ukraine

The British Ministry of Defense announced in a statement Saturday night that it has sent Ukraine the largest package of military aid in the country's history.

According to  the Euromaidan Press news site, according to the statement of the British Ministry of Defense, this package of military aid includes equipment, military tools and ammunition worth 500 million pounds to strengthen the defense situation of Ukraine against the Russian army .

The British Ministry of Defense statement said: 4 million rounds of ammunition, more than 1,600 missiles and 400 vehicles, including 160 Husky military personnel carriers, are part of the equipment and ammunition included in this military aid package.

According to the  British Foreign Secretary David Cameron last week, after visiting Kiev and meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, wrote on his social media account X (formerly Twitter): "Britain is focused on providing Ukraine with the tools it needs to defend itself."

Before his trip to Ukraine, he had said in a controversial speech that Ukraine has the right to use British weapons to attack inside Russia because Russia is attacking inside Ukraine.

British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak also announced earlier that London will allocate another 500 million pounds to support the Ukrainian front.
