Israeli forces entered the western part of the occupied Gaza city and bombed and destroyed 2 buildings belonging to Aqsa University. Israeli forces entered the settlement by demolishing its walls with military construction equipment and opened fire and attacked with tear gas at the citizens who took refuge in the settlement. No information was given regarding the loss of life and injuries among the citizens who were attacked by Israeli forces on the campus. The occupation army continues to fire artillery around the Aqsa University building in the city of Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip. Eyewitnesses reported that most of the buildings in the area suffered major damage due to the ongoing attacks in Khan Younis.

The United Nations Assistance Agency for Palestine Refugees announced that Israel hit an aid convoy waiting to go to the north of the Gaza Strip. UNRWA Gaza Director White, White announced that no one was injured in Israel's attack on the food convoy. Sharing White's statement, UNRWA stated, "We cannot deliver humanitarian aid under fire" and emphasized that there is an urgent need for permanent and safe humanitarian access everywhere, including the north of Gaza. While 1.9 million people in Gaza were displaced due to Israeli attacks, humanitarian aid cannot be delivered sufficiently to the region due to the difficulties and obstacles caused by Israel. It is reported that Palestinians, especially those living in the north of Gaza, have started grinding animal feed because they cannot find flour. Meanwhile, Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs Jose Manuel Albares announced that they will provide 3.5 million euros of financing in the short term to enable the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) to continue its activities.
