Yesterday's decision by the Ugandan court was made following an appeal filed by the group Sexual Minorities Uganda (SMUG), after another lower court in the country dismissed the request in 2018.

The file was presented by the group for the first time in the High Court of Uganda in 2015, seeking to be allowed to conduct its activities supposedly legally and in accordance with the law.

The Ugandan government has several times strongly condemned the West's move to force the agenda of same-sex love (LGBT) in Africa.

The country has been at odds with Western countries since it passed the strict law to deal with the evil acts of illegal same-sex interactions.

Western countries along with their financial organizations have cut aid and denied loans to Uganda due to the East African country's passing a law against dirty acts of inhumanity.

Several months ago, President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda officially passed the law banning the country and taking strict action against those who engage in same-sex sexual relations in accordance with Chapter 91(3)(a) of the Ugandan Constitution of 2015 .
