Igor Kirilov, the head of the radiological, chemical and biological defense forces of the Russian Armed Forces, said, "After the warnings and criticisms of the Russian Ministry of Defense, the United States has limited a part of its activities in the field of military biology." In a conversation with the Russian TV channel, Krylov added: "Most of the time they (the Americans) are silent." Sometimes they are instructed not to react at all. They stopped some work, and we consider it our achievement. He noted, "We contacted many countries, so perhaps we should think about what the Pentagon is actually doing in the territory of those countries." According to Krylov, there were 46 biological laboratories operating in Ukraine, which is why the biological situation there is now very difficult. General Krylov said earlier that the USA also transferred unfinished military biological projects in Ukraine to the territory of other countries. The head of the radiological, chemical and biological defense forces of the Russian Armed Forces said - the Pentagon claims that its projects in Nigeria, for example, are aimed at fighting HIV and AIDS. However, despite an increase in the number of people receiving antiretroviral treatment with Gilead's drugs, the incidence of HIV in this country has remained flat. The US uses Nigerians as a free clinical base.
