Last Monday saw large demonstrations in various parts of the world in support of the Palestinian people. In Boston, USA, hundreds of Americans marched where they carried Palestinian flags and shouted slogans condemning Israel's killing of Palestinians. Similar demonstrations have also taken place in Mauritania where the demonstrators went and gathered in front of the American embassy in Nouakchott where along with announcing their solidarity with the Palestinians they condemned the empire and the support of the American government to Israel which commits murder against the Palestinians. In addition, the protestors have silently condemned the Western powers for the murders and crimes of Israel against the residents of Gaza and announced that the United States and the Western powers are the criminal partners of the Zionist regime of Israel. Demonstrations have been held in various European countries in support of the Palestinian people, including the capital of Italy, Rome. In addition, the capital of Germany, Berlin, witnessed a similar demonstration where the city's police dispersed the demonstration and arrested several demonstrators. Bosnia Herzegovina and Denmark have also witnessed demonstrations in support of the Palestinians. Supporters of the opposition party in South Africa, Economic Freedom Fighters, have held a large demonstration and declared their empire and support for the Palestinian people. The leader of the party, Julius Malema, has once again called for the closure of the Israeli embassy in South Africa after insisting that the Israeli regime "does not respect humanity".
