US occupation troops continue to steal Syrian crude oil

  US forces have used 40 dozen tankers to smuggle Syrian oil. The US military and its affiliated terrorist elements have been illegally present in northern and eastern Syria for a long time and, in addition to plundering the country's oil and grain resources, they are taking actions against the Syrian people and military . According to the official Syrian news agency (SANA), the American invaders have looted a fresh shipment of Syrian oil from the Hasaka oil fields and transferred it to their illegal bases in northern Iraq.

Local sources in the suburb of Ali Arabiya announced that US occupation forces brought 40 tankers carrying stolen Syrian oil through the illegal al-Mahmoudieh crossing point from the suburb of Hasakah into Iraq. Syrian Foreign Minister Faisal Miqdad previously said that the damages caused to the country's oil and gas sector by the American occupation and the international coalition from 2011 to 2022 amount to 107 billion dollars, for which Damascus is asking for compensation. The Syrian government has repeatedly stressed that these militias and the Americans in east and northeast Syria have no other purpose than plundering oil and their presence is illegal.
