Venezuela: America's criminal plans will not continue in Venezuela
The Vice President of Venezuela, highlighting the role of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in the countries' history of "instability, invasions, coups and assassinations", warned America that its criminal plans will not be realized in Venezuela.
As reported by CNN, Delcy Rodriguez wrote on Wednesday on the social network X that in the history of instability, invasions, coups and murders in countries unpleasant to the hegemon, only one name resonates - the American organization CIA. In response to a comment by White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre, in which accusations of Venezuela conspiring and planning to assassinate President Nicolas Maduro were called “baseless,” Rodriguez said: “The Americans overthrew Salvador Allende (the first president of Socialist Chile) and the accusations were also refuted , and years later evidence was obtained that showed their involvement." Venezuela's vice president said that in recent days, Venezuela has filed a new complaint against the CIA, the US Drug Enforcement Administration and the US oil company Exxon Mobil for planning and financing military uprisings and the assassination of the Venezuelan president. Tarek William Saab, Venezuela's attorney general, recently said that at least 32 people have been arrested on charges of participating in five terrorist plots and planning to assassinate President Nicolas Maduro and other government officials. This was to be implemented on January 1, 2024, and the first goal was to assassinate the governor of the state of Tachira and create an atmosphere of violence in this country. Venezuelan Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino Lopez said Tuesday that Venezuela's armed forces have expelled 18 soldiers involved in terrorist programs and attempted murders. In a speech at the start of the New Year (2024), Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said the country's security and intelligence agencies had foiled four coup plots in 2023, adding: "These destabilizing plans are carried out with the participation of foreign agents and originate from Miami, Colombia, America and Peru and were planned with the participation of some Venezuelan officers on orders from the CIA."
