Washington: We do not support Israel's full assault on Rafah
The spokesperson of the US State Department said that this country cannot support the Zionist regime's full attack on Rafah as this action will lead to more casualties and hinder the delivery of humanitarian aid.
According to Russia Today, US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller told reporters in Washington: "We do not support the Israeli army's full-scale attack on Rafah, and we have warned the Israeli prime minister about this. Miller added: We believe that the attack military in Rafah will significantly increase the suffering of the Palestinian people. Also, the attack on this city will hinder the humanitarian aid to Gaza and will not allow us to maintain the level of aid delivery. The air attack of the Zionist regime on Rafah has started yesterday. This is when the Hamas movement has announced through a communiqué that the head of the political office of this movement, Ismail Haniyeh, has agreed with Qatar's plan for a cease-fire in Gaza. According to a document seen by the Sputnik news agency, the agreement The Gaza ceasefire, approved by the Palestinian movement Hamas, foresees a complete cessation of conflicts in its second month of implementation. However, the occupying army announced that it has asked the residents of Rafah to immediately evacuate the area and move to the neutral zone in al-Mawasi in Khan Yunis, as this army is preparing to begin its operations against this city.
