Witness: Israeli soldiers raped Palestinian women before killing them in al-Shifa Hospital
A Palestinian woman has recounted the horrific events after Israeli soldiers stormed al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza City last week, saying that the regime's soldiers are raping Palestinian women before killing them.
Jamila Al-Hisi, a witness who was surrounded in the Al Shifa Hospital building and finally managed to escape, has said that women have been raped, starved, tortured and hanged without trial, adding that the International Committee of the Red Cross does nothing to help the Palestinians .
Al-Hisi continues to narrate that the Israeli soldiers have forced 65 families to leave the area near Al-Shifa Hospital and burned and killed the entire family. He has said that the soldiers have also burned the building in which the Palestinian citizens were sheltering.
Expressing grief, Jamila Al Hisi says: "We don't even have water to break the fast, and we don't know where to go." He said the people who were displaced from their homes have not had food or water for six days.
He has called on the Red Cross to provide water to children and patients who are forced to drink dirty water and eat rotten food.
These events come as the Israeli army continues to carry out air and artillery attacks in and around al-Shifa Hospital for the seventh day in a row.
Last Monday, Israeli soldiers stormed al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza using tanks and drones, claiming that the Hamas movement was using the facility to "conduct and promote terrorist activities."
The Gaza Ministry of Health says about 3,000 people were inside al-Shifa Hospital where they fled to safety and that those who tried to leave were targeted by Israeli soldiers and helicopters.
