Despite the looming threat of joint Israeli and American military action, Yemen's Houthi movement has not been deterred from undertaking exceptionally successful operations that have astonished even the most seasoned analysts.

Reports from Israel indicate that a brewing crisis is gaining momentum, which arises not from the shortcomings of Israel's missile defense systems, but rather from its intelligence community, namely Mossad—deemed the much-vaunted spy agency worldwide—due to its abject failure to assess Yemen's military capabilities.

Predicting the Houthi movement's intricate maneuvers proves to be a daunting task, given the insufficient data regarding their military arsenal.

In fact, as each confrontation unfolds, new insights into Houthi military strength come to the forefront.

The preposterous remarks made by Mossad Director David Barnea—advocating an attack on Iran to deter Yemen—illuminate Israel's current predicament: Yemen represents an intractable and uncontainable military challenge.
