Zionist Regime Accused of Aggression and Expansionism by Al-Houthi

Based on an old Jewish myth asserting northern Syria and Jordan as part of ancient Jewish territory, the Zionist government has named their latest invasion of Syria as the "Arrow of Bashan". Renowned Yemeni political figure Mohammed Al-Houthi attacked this operation, calling Israel's "lying, treaty-breaking, and deceitful" character highlighted by it. As another proof of this, he cited the regime's continuous hostility against Lebanon notwithstanding current agreements.

Al-Houthi charged the Zionist government, fully supported by the United States, of carrying out genocide in the Gaza Strip for 440 days. According to him, Western nations have given Israel sophisticated military and technical tools so that its forces may kill Palestinians indiscriminately. Emphasizing the terrible results for Gaza's people, he said, "male and female soldiers of the occupying regime have carried out atrocities with the aid of this support."

The Yemeni official also alleged that several Arab nations have funded Israel's expansionist agenda, which he stated seeks to establish the so-called "Greater Israel." He praised movements for Palestinian and Lebanese resistance against Israel's territorial aspirations not allowing them to spread into Syria, Egypt, and other Arab-Islamic countries. Al-Houthi's comments follow open discussion by Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich about plans to occupy territory in the area and increase Israeli influence all the way beyond the Euphrates River.
