According to the AP news agency, Abu Obeidah, the spokesman for the Ezzedin al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced in a video file that Palestinian fighters captured a number of Israeli soldiers in a successful ambush.

Abu Obeidah said that on Saturday afternoon in the Jabalia camp, Palestinian fighters lured a number of Israeli soldiers into one of the tunnels, where they killed and wounded a number of them and took several others captive.
