60 American lawmakers demand Biden administration to oppose Palestinian immigration
In a letter to Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, 60 Democratic members of the US House of Representatives demanded that the government strongly emphasize its opposition to the "forced and permanent displacement" of Palestinians living in Gaza.
According to CNN, in their letter to Blinken on Friday, members of the US House of Representatives expressed their concerns about the increase in civilian casualties in Israel's war against Gaza. In their letter, these representatives asked US President Joe Biden's administration to emphasize that the US strongly opposes the "forced and permanent displacement" of Palestinians in Gaza. Representatives also called on the government to "clarify some of its demands for more humanitarian aid and security funding" for Israel. America provides $3.8 billion in military aid to Israel every year. Meanwhile, a group of Jewish lawmakers in the US House of Representatives reacted and opposed the statements of the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, Benjamin Netanyahu, rejecting the establishment of a Palestinian state in the future./
