According to the media, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov announced this after the meeting. According to him, the Azerbaijan-Georgia-Turkey agenda is diverse and exemplary. "The relations between the three countries have a very high level of political dialogue. Cooperation between legislatures, government agencies and other issues promotes political dialogue. Today, issues of regional cooperation between the countries were again discussed. The Baku declaration signed today will promote political dialogue and further strengthen relations," the minister said.

Questioning the way the presidential elections were held in Azerbaijan, Ehsan Mohdiyan, an expert on Caucasus issues, emphasized that the president of that country, Ilham Aliyev, with the support of Turkey, Israel and Britain, tried to advance his plans regarding the Zangezur Corridor through early presidential elections. According to the expert, after the elections, Baku will try to realize its geopolitical ambitions in the South Caucasus in the coming months. It is noteworthy that the extraordinary presidential elections of Azerbaijan are being held for the second time already. The first elections were held in April 2018 instead of October. And the 2025 pre-presidential elections were held on February 7, 2024. Considering the above, Mohdiyan says: "After the holding of extraordinary elections in Azerbaijan, Tehran should have a more serious and pronounced presence in the Syunik region of RA, otherwise the Zangezur corridor will remain on the agenda of Baku, Ankara, London and Tel Aviv, and eventually the Iran-Armenia border will be closed."
