Albania Cuts Internet Headquarters of Anti-Iran Terrorist Group
The Albanian government recently cut off the internet from the headquarters of the anti-Islamic Republic of Iran terrorist group, the Mojahedin Khalq Organization, MKO in the country to limit their terror activities. Quoted by local News, Sunday (20/8/2023) this step was taken by the Albanian government to prevent terror activities carried out by MKO, thereby forcing members of this terrorist group to use the internet from a SIM card as well as in several ways that violate the law. This is the second major blow the Albanian government has taken against the anti-Iran terrorist group, MKO, in recent months. In June, Albanian police officers broke into the country's MKO headquarters, known as Ashraf-3, and seized large numbers of computers, servers and hard drives belonging to the MKO's cyber unit.
Previously the hypocritical terrorist group, MKO was based in Iraq, after carrying out countless acts of terror inside Iran. After being expelled from Iraq, the headquarters of the MKO terrorist group was moved to Albania, thus moving away from the Iranian border, and limiting their terror activities. MKO's concentration is more focused on efforts in the cyber field targeting Iran, and espionage activities and recruiting members, but in the recent riots in Iran, members of this terrorist group were actively involved. Not long ago the Albanian police strictly restricted the establishment of stalls in front of the entrance to the MKO headquarters, Ashraf-3, and strictly monitored the activity in and out of everyone at the site.
