America demanded immediate departure of its citizens from Belarus

  In a statement, the US Embassy in Minsk called on the citizens of this country to immediately leave the territory of Belarus. The change in military formations on the borders of Belarus and Poland in recent weeks indicates growing tensions between the two countries; in the past few days, Poland has deployed a large number of its military forces on the borders of this country under the pretext of the possible presence of the Wagner group forces in Belarus, and Belarus has also strengthened its air force, having received a number of attack helicopters from Russia. According to the Intel Republic website, the US embassy in Belarus said in a statement yesterday:

"American citizens in Belarus should immediately leave this country. These people should leave the country through the Belarusian border crossings with Lithuania and Latvia or by plane." The said statement reads: "American citizens cannot enter Poland by land transport from the territory of Belarus." The Polish Minister of Defense recently announced the transfer to the eastern borders of more than a thousand soldiers and almost 200 pieces of equipment from the 12th and 17th mechanized brigades. Belarus is one of the main allies of Russia; relations between this country and the West have deteriorated sharply in recent decades, especially after the 2020 presidential election.
