Amnesty International's desire to investigate the war crimes of the Zionist regime

The Zionist regime has committed so many crimes in its assault on the Gaza Strip, including the southern city of Rafah, that Amnesty International is calling for an investigation into three of the regime's crimes.

44 Palestinian civilians, including 32 children, were killed in an Israeli attack on Al-Maghazi refugees in central Gaza on April 16 and in two attacks on Rafah in southern Gaza on April 19 and 20.

Erika Guevara Rosas, director general of Amnesty International, said that such crimes by the Israeli regime are a clear example of the Israeli army's attacks in the past seven and a half months, which violate international law and kill all Palestinian citizens with complete impunity, according to AP.

Amnesty International's director-general said the organization had conducted an independent investigation into the three attacks and had interviewed 17 survivors and witnesses and visited hospitals where the injured were being treated.

Amnesty International's request comes as International Criminal Court Prosecutor Karim Khan last week demanded the arrest of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Zionist regime War Minister Yov Galant for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

If the judges of the International Criminal Court agree to this request, the 124 members of this legal organization are obliged to arrest them.
