Guterres made the statement after 18 people were killed in an attack carried out by the army of the Zionist regime against al-Jaouni school in the residence of citizens who were forced to leave their homes in the center of Gaza, and several others were injured.

Witnesses of yesterday's brutal attack have said that "women and children have been blown up and cut into pieces" in the attack.
