In a recent statement, Sayyid Abd al-Malik al-Houthi, the leader of Yemen's Ansarullah movement, has strongly condemned the Israeli regime, characterizing its actions as a significant threat to humanity. According to AJ News Agency, al-Houthi accused Israel of committing crimes with the support of the United States and the United Kingdom.
Addressing the ongoing conflict in the Gaza Strip and broader West Asian region, al-Houthi criticized the Zionist regime for its persistent offenses. He also denounced certain Arab nations for supporting the United States, suggesting that these countries are attempting to obscure the severity of Israel's actions.
Al-Houthi asserted that the crimes committed by the Israeli regime are intrinsic to its identity and beliefs. He claimed that Israel seeks to perpetuate international indifference to its actions by continuing its criminal activities unabated.
Highlighting the international community's lack of effective response to the Gaza conflict, al-Houthi stressed the need for more than just verbal condemnations. He called for practical measures to address and halt the violence.
The Ansarullah leader also referred to the occupation of the Philadelphia axis and the attack on Egyptian soldiers as "dangerous" threats to Egypt's national security. He urged Egypt to take decisive action against Israeli aggression and to sever economic ties with the regime.
Furthermore, al-Houthi praised the resistance efforts of Lebanon and Iraq in their support of the Palestinian people. He reaffirmed Yemen's continued support for Palestine and noted that since the beginning of their operations, 129 ships targeting American and British interests have been attacked.
This statement underscores the heightened tensions and complex geopolitical dynamics in the region, with various actors voicing their stances and alliances amid the ongoing conflict
