On February 12, at around 13:37, in the Zangilani region of the Azerbaijani-Armenian conditional state border, in the direction of the Nerkin Hand settlement of the Kapan region, Armenian positions fired at the position of the border guard troops of the State Border Guard Service of Azerbaijan. State border guard, Private Khalilzade Parviz Aghakishi Oglu was wounded. The soldier was transported by helicopter to a specialized medical facility. Currently, the situation on the border is stable. The military and political leadership of Armenia is fully responsible for the incident.
On February 13, the Armenian side suffered 4 casualties and 1 wounded in the direction of the Armenian positions located in the Inner Hand sector, as a result of the fire of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces (the condition is assessed as moderate, as of now there is no threat to life). This is reported by the RA Ministry of Defense. The Ministry of Defense will publish the list of the dead later.
