President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev continues to threaten Armenia from various platforms. His speech in Iran, where he visited to participate in the opening ceremony of the Gez-Khalas dam, was no exception.
" I think that Armenia should not take a wrong step. Regional problems should be solved with the direct participation and will of the countries of the region," Aliyev was quoted by Azerbaijani media.
" For Armenia, which for many years had relied on the patronage and support of countries far from the region, the result was not very pleasant," said the President of Azerbaijan.
" The states of the region are strong states that conduct an independent policy. No side power has ever influenced and will influence the will of these states. I hope that Armenia, by conducting the right policy, will make its contribution and not harm the regional cooperation," he added.
