China strongly opposes US actions

  The official representative of the Chinese Ministry of Defense said that his country "will not sit idly by" and strongly opposes the US actions. According to Al-Arabiya TV, Wu Qian said: "Sino-US relations are facing serious difficulties. The US Army has sent its air force and navy to the border areas of China to conduct military operations and adventurous actions." He further added: “While the United States and its allies are carrying out adventurous military actions on our borders, we will not stand idly by. We are against the US actions to form closed exclusive bloc structures, bloc politics and opposing camps in the Asia-Pacific region (APR). We also hope that the countries concerned will be forward-thinking and do more to maintain peace and stability in the region, and not the other way around."
