Israeli reporter: Saudi people support Palestine
A reporter for Channel 12 of the Zionist regime said that the people of this country do not seek normalization of relations between Riyadh and Tel Aviv. Reporting on his visit to Saudi Arabia and conducting interviews with a number of citizens of this country, this journalist noted: “The people of Saudi Arabia do not accept the agreement to normalize relations with Israel and the Palestinian issue is a priority.” The Zionist regime authorities have recently made conflicting statements regarding the normalization of relations between the Israeli regime and Saudi Arabia. Although the Zionist regime's Foreign Minister Eli Cohen believes that Tel Aviv is closer than ever to reaching an agreement with Saudi Arabia, the Zionist regime's Defense Minister said that the path to normalization of relations with Riyadh is still long. The Zionist authorities announced that one of Riyadh's conditions for normalizing relations with Israel is the Palestinian issue and the formation of an independent Palestinian state with its capital in Quds.
Meanwhile, one of the leaders of the Hamas movement and deputy chairman of the Palestinian Legislative Council, Ahmed Bahr, also noted that the normalization of relations with the Zionists is a betrayal of the blood of martyrs shed in the battles to protect the Al-Aqsa Mosque. “The normalization of relations encourages Israel to intensify its aggression against the Al-Aqsa Mosque. For this reason, the Islamic Ummah must refuse the normalization of relations,” he emphasized. Bahr also called on the Islamic and Arab peoples to introduce general mobilization in the face of the growing threat of the Zionists' fascist religious war against Islamic holy sites.
