The International Criminal Court (ICC) is going to implement a system that would allow Palestinians to sue Israelis online for committing war crimes. On Tuesday, a senior official working in the Palestinian ministry of foreign affairs stated that the platform would make it possible for users to submit multimedia complaints to the International Criminal Court. According to Omar Awadallah, the Assistant Foreign Minister for the United Nations and its Specialized Agencies, Israel has continued its racist tactics while rejecting all international norms that require it to offer urgent protection to Palestinians.

According to WAFA news agency, he stated on Voice of Palestine radio that this platform will enable people to electronically file complaints to the International Criminal Court (ICC) supported by photographs and recordings revealing the Israeli occupiers' crimes against them for the court to investigate. Awadallah emphasized the importance of maintaining communication with the world community in order to coerce Israel into ceasing its routine violations of human rights. Under the guise of apprehending Palestinians who are on their "wanted" list, Israeli soldiers conduct raids on a near-daily basis into a variety of cities located within the territory that they occupy known as the West Bank. The raids almost often result in violent conflicts with the locals who live there.

In recent weeks, the Israeli state has ramped up its violent assault on Palestinians living in the occupied territories. This crackdown has been going on for quite some time. A number of prominent human rights organizations hold the view that Israel practices "apartheid" against the Palestinian people. On Tuesday, the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas made a formal request to the International Criminal Court, requesting that the ICC expedite its investigation into the crimes and violations committed by the regime in Tel Aviv and bring those responsible to account. The legal department of Hamas emphasized the critical importance of taking prompt action in order to put an end to Israeli abuses against Palestinian civilians.

The Palestinian movement of armed resistance Hamas has issued an appeal for the intervention of international judicial bodies to stop Israeli crimes. The resistance organization emphasized that it has been nine years since Palestine accepted the Rome Statute and declared the International Criminal Court to have jurisdiction over the occupied Palestinian territory.
