Emir of Qatar: We cannot remain silent about the situation in Gaza

According to Al Jazeera, Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani added: “We cannot accept double standards, as if Palestinian children are not people. We cannot ignore the realities of Gaza, the siege and the settlements. We cannot remain silent in the face of brutal attacks on civilians in the Gaza Strip. We want to stop this war, which has crossed all red lines.” He also noted: “We want peace and the implementation of international laws and the Arab initiative, and we cannot accept double standards. What is happening is extremely dangerous and is a violation of all religious and secular values, customs and laws. We say enough is enough already. Israel should not be given an unconditional green light for unlimited killing. We did not imagine that in our era, nations would cut off water and prevent the flow of medicine and food. We demand serious regional and international action against dangerous tensions that threaten the security of the region and the world."
