Erdogan's party loses in the local and municipal elections in Turkey

On Sunday, March 31, Turkish citizens went to the polls to participate in local and municipal elections across the country. More than 61 million Turkish citizens had the right to vote in these elections and 34 political parties competed in them. Turkish local and municipal elections ended with the victory of the People's Republic Party in important cities of the country, including Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, Hataj, Bursa, Antalya and Adana.
