From the New York University professors' strike to Turkish universities' support for Gaza
Global support of student and university movements for Palestine continues. More than 120 New York University faculty members went on strike to protest the harsh arrest of students by police.
Over the past three weeks, more than 2,100 people have been arrested across the United States in pro-Palestinian protests on college campuses. In recent days, there have been numerous pro-Palestinian demonstrations on campuses across the United States, and protesters have called for an end to United States military, financial and diplomatic support for the Zionist regime's military operations in Gaza. On the other hand, Turkish universities along with American universities supported Gaza. Also, German and French students continue to support the people of Gaza. It is said that the students of Humboldt University in Germany are sitting in front of this university in support of Gaza and to condemn the genocide of the Zionist army. Also, the students of the University of Lyon in France stood in solidarity with the Palestinian nation by chanting the slogan "We are all Gaza". Meanwhile, Berlin police reportedly used violence to disperse the pro-Gaza demonstration at Humboldt University. These developments are at a time when "Ehud Olmert", the former prime minister of the Zionist regime, has reacted strongly against Netanyahu and the Gaza war. Olmert said: "We will not emerge victorious from this war and we must fill the streets with demonstrators against Netanyahu and his allies."
