"The Kiev regime has gathered 'cannon fodder' for its much-heralded spring counter-offensive, Sleboda told Sputnik. According to him, in addition to the 100,000 conscripts for territorial defense, go counting over 5,000 trained soldiers, it is estimated 12 or 13 new brigades, taking into account the fact that in recent months at least 40,000 soldiers (nine brigades) have been trained by NATO.
