Gaza situation a tragedy of humanity: Ayatollah Khamenei
Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei says the ongoing catastrophic incidents in the Gaza Strip are a tragedy of humanity.
"The tragedy of Gaza is the tragedy of humanity and it shows that the current world order is ineffective and cannot endure," Ayatollah Khamenei said on Thursday. The Leader made the statements on the occasion of Eid al-Mab’ath, which marks the day Prophet Muhammad (Blessings of God upon him and his progeny) was chosen as God’s messenger. The Leader extended his congratulations to the Iranian nation and all Muslims across the world on the auspicious occasion and said Eid al-Mab’ath is a reminder of the biggest event in history. Ayatollah Khamenei added that the "complete, final and eternal" form of human prosperity in both worlds has been encompassed in the prophetic mission.
