Hezbullah Leader Condemns Assassination of Iranian President, Calls Him a Mujahid

 The Secretary General of the Hezbollah Resistance Movement, Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah, has expressed profound condolences following the assassination of Iranian President Sayyid Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, and their accompanying delegation.

In a heartfelt message addressed to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei, Nasrallah conveyed his deepest sympathies on behalf of Hizbullah, its fighters, the families of its martyrs and wounded, and its supporters. "We share in the sorrow of losing these esteemed leaders at this critical juncture, as you lead the Islamic nation in its intense struggle against oppressive and imperialist forces," he stated.

Nasrallah extolled President Raisi, describing him as a "Mujahid"—a warrior in the path of Allah—and a devoted servant. He also praised Foreign Minister Amir-Abdollahian, who he said "championed the cause of the uprising on all international platforms."

He expressed solidarity with those who have suffered from this loss, stating, "For us, and for all the oppressed, the fighters of resistance, and the warriors of justice, we offer our deepest condolences and our hope for the continuation of your blessed presence and wise leadership."

In his closing remarks, Nasrallah prayed for the endurance and strength of Ayatollah Khamenei, "I ask the Almighty God to prolong your glorious life and fortify your pure heart to bear the pain of losing these loyal and obedient leaders. May He grant patience, comfort, and immense rewards to their noble families, our beloved Iranians, and all esteemed leaders of the Islamic Republic, God willing."
