Hundreds of German Intellectuals Protest Berlin's Support for Israel
Hundreds of intellectuals and academics from Germany and other countries around the world sent a letter condemning the German government's support for the Israeli regime, and demanding an end to Berlin's approach.
More than 500 intellectuals and academics from Germany and other countries have asked the German government to reconsider its position of support for the Israeli regime in an open letter.
In an open letter sent to all members of the German Parliament, it was stated that the German government has been actively participating in the killing and violation of the human dignity of Palestinians for more than a year now, and has provided political, financial and military support to the Israeli regime.
Deborah Feldman, German-American author, Thomas Piketty, French economist, Amira Haas, Israeli journalist, Raz Segal, Israeli historian, and Michael Barenboim, French-German music expert are among those who have signed the letter.
