Hundreds of people have died as a result of the conflict in Sudan

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said in a report that the conflicts between the Sudanese army forces led by Abdul-Fattah al-Burhan and the Sudanese Rapid Reaction Force led by Muhammad Hamdan Daglo (Hamidti), which lasted about 30 days, resulted in the death of 676 people and the injury of 5,567 others.

According to the AAA news agency, according to this report, more than 936,000 people have become refugees due to the war. Since the beginning of the conflict, residents of Khartoum have faced acute food shortages due to the looting and burning of dozens of factories. On May 11, the Sudanese conflicting parties signed a statement in Jeddah in which they expressed their commitment to support the civilian population to facilitate the delivery of humanitarian aid and the withdrawal of civilians. At the same time, both sides accuse each other of violating the agreement and continuing the conflict.
