The International Organization for Migration has announced that in the last two years, the number of migrant women has increased rapidly from 53,000 to more than 106,000. IOM says that, even women who arrive in Yemen or Saudi Arabia face very difficult conditions while there.

The organization's report has added that more than 40,000 migrants are facing an ever-increasing risk in Yemen. Previously, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) affiliated with the United Nations announced in its report that: 10,800 African migrants entered Yemen in June this year. Yemen is a haven for migrants from countries in the Horn of Africa, especially Ethiopia and Somalia. Many of these migrants risk the dangerous route in order to enter the countries of the Persian Gulf, especially Saudi Arabia.
