Israeli official: refusal to serve in the military is a threat to us
The Minister of War of the Zionist regime stated: "Refusing military service is a threat to this regime and the army in the performance of its tasks." On Sunday, hundreds of Israeli officers threatened not to participate in the exercises in the coming days in their first protest against the approval of the Netanyahu cabinet's plan for judicial reforms.
According to AAA News Agency on Tuesday, Yoav Galant, the Zionist regime's minister of war, stressed in a meeting with Israeli army commanders: "The call to refuse military service is dangerous, weakens our power and may even damage the ability of the IDF to carry out its duties." According to the Hebrew newspaper Haaretz, 920 officers of the Zionist regime refuse to take part in army operations.
On the other hand, more than 250 former officers signed a letter accusing Benjamin Netanyahu's cabinet of threatening the national security of the Zionist regime. Channel 12 of the Zionist regime reported that among the signatories of this letter are several high-ranking officers of the army support forces, the Shabak and the Mossad, as well as Ami Ayalon, the former head of the Shabak, and Dani Yatom, the former head of the Mossad.
Earlier, the Chief of the Joint Staff of the Zionist Army Herzi Ha-Levi, warning about the spread of disobedience among the soldiers of this regime, noted that this phenomenon could damage the combat capability of the Israeli army (regime).
