Lebanese official: We will go to war if Israel attacks

The Lebanese Foreign Minister stated: "If the Zionist regime attacks Lebanon, we will go to war." According to RT, Abdullah Buhabib said that Hezbollah promised the country's government that if the Zionist regime attacked Lebanon, the group would go to war. He explained that Israel should not expand the war against the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS) in the Gaza Strip and its surrounding areas. The Lebanese official added: "The explosion of the situation in the Gaza Strip is dangerous, and the reason for this is the arrogance of Israel and its constant aggression against the Palestinian people." Bouhabib stressed that Lebanon's position on current events corresponds to the bold position of Arab countries. Palestinian resistance groups on Saturday (October 7), in response to the atrocities of the Zionist regime, launched a comprehensive and unique operation from Gaza against the positions of the Zionist regime in the occupied territories; an operation unprecedented in the 75-year history of the usurper occupation and which shocked the Zionists.

In response to the atrocities of the Zionist regime, the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (HAMAS) attacked the occupied territories, including Tel Aviv, Ashdod and Ashkelon, with hundreds of rockets and shells on Saturday (October 7). The Hebrew newspaper Yediot Ahronoth reported on Monday morning that the death toll among Zionists in Operation Al-Aqsa Storm had reached 1,000, while the number of people captured by Hamas forces had reached more than 150. The number of wounded Zionists is stated at two thousand. Ziyad al-Nakhaleh, secretary general of the Islamic Jihad Movement, announced on Sunday evening that the movement alone had captured more than 30 Zionists. According to the Zionist army, Palestinian resistance fighters are still fighting the regime's soldiers in the occupied territories. The Al-Qassam Brigades announced that Hamas forces entered the occupied territories on Sunday. The sudden and large-scale operation of the Palestinian resistance in the occupied territories continues for the third day, while forces of other resistance groups such as Islamic Jihad and Arin al-Asud also joined Hamas fighters, and Hezbollah also attacked and destroyed three Zionist listening and radar bases in the occupied Shab'a region of southern Lebanon.
