Russia, Defence, destruction details 5 Patriot and a radar station in Kiev MOSCOW

The Russian Defense Ministry announced that at least 5 US Patriot multiple launch missile systems were destroyed on May 16 in Kiev. With them also a radar system thanks to a targeted attack by the Russian Kinzhal missile system.

The Russian Defense Ministry reports, highlighting the fact that these are proven data, the destruction of 5 Patriot multiple launch missile systems, by a targeted missile attack carried out by Russian fighters using the Kinzhal hypersonic system: "According to data reliable, on May 16, as a result of an attack by the Kinzhal hypersonic missile system in the city of Kiev, the following were hit and completely destroyed: a multifunctional radar station, as well as 5 launchers of the US-made Patriot missile system," the Ministry emphasizes.

The Defense Department reported on Tuesday of a massive attack on the deployment points of the Ukrainian armed forces, as well as depots of ammunition, weapons and equipment that are part of the military aid package provided by the western side. In the meantime, videos had appeared on the network in which the positions of the Patriots deployed in the Ukrainian capital are seen going up in smoke, after a powerful explosion on the ground.
