Yesterday, Monday, the White House issued a statement announcing that NATO members will announce the formation of a new alliance military command in Germany to coordinate training and supplies for Ukraine.
The White House statement added: "NATO will not expand into the Indo-Pacific region and will not transfer military infrastructure there. Ukraine's membership in NATO requires the political will of the members of this alliance, which currently does not exist."
This happens while the NATO summit will be held in Washington on Thursday. At the summit commemorating the 75th anniversary of the founding of NATO, opinions will be exchanged on the efforts of this organization in the field of prevention and protection in the face of geographical challenges and dangers, as well as on the situation in Ukraine.
The heads of NATO's partner countries in the Asia-Pacific region, Australia, Japan, South Korea and New Zealand, as well as the president of Ukraine and representatives of the European Union, will also participate in the respective meetings.
