The search for those missing following the sinking of the boat in front of Pylos continues, on board which there were allegedly 750 migrants, including many children. So far 104 have been rescued and 78 bodies have been recovered. Nine Egyptians, identified by the survivors as smugglers, have been arrested.

To get on the fishing boat that left from Tobruk, in Libya, the migrants paid 4-6 thousand euros each. Of the 9 arrested, only one admitted to having received money to carry out work on board the ship during the voyage. The others all denied the accusations.
