The Guardian: America has become hostage to a group of far-right hooligans
The Guardian newspaper has described the US president as the "monkey of immorality" in the world.

The Guardian columnist Simon Tisdol wrote on Monday, “We live in a world where most rules and alliances have been broken, where disorder and irregular dealings are rampant, and the US president is their loudmouth.” According to Russia Today, Simon Tisdol believes that Trump and his actions in recent weeks have portrayed a world driven by arbitrary actions and outright lies.
He said, "Trump does not give importance to people and leaders of other countries, and even mocks their clothes, which has forced American senators to speak out about it."
Noting that America has become hostage to a group of far-right hooligans, The Guardian columnist writes: “European leaders must stand up to Trump.”
Noting that Trump supporters are attacking government organizations, the judiciary, and a free press, Simon Tisdol added: "Those who act contrary to this procedure will be punished by this authoritarian group."
As tensions rise in US-Ukraine relations, some informed officials have told the media that US military aid to Ukraine has been temporarily suspended.
It is noted that this pause will be temporary, unless the Ukrainian president changes his mind about continuing the war against Russia.
If Zelensky continues to oppose Trump's demands, it is possible that the US government will also suspend economic assistance to Ukraine, in which case the Ukrainian government will effectively cease to function due to its complete dependence on foreign aid.
Zelensky is trying to continue the war against Russia until Ukrainian territories are recaptured and the Russians return beyond the 2014 international borders.
While Trump and his advisers emphasize that, given Russia's military might, including the world's largest nuclear arsenal at its disposal, Russia's military defeat in the Ukrainian war is out of the question, will the West accept the risk of nuclear war against Russia, which it does not intend to do?
Therefore, Trump is trying to force Kiev to make peace with Moscow before Russia seizes other parts of Ukrainian territory so that the Americans can exploit Ukraine's high-value minerals.
The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, ratified in 1791, prohibits the government from making laws establishing an establishment of religion, abridging freedom of speech, peaceful assembly, and the right to sue the government for damages. However, Donald Trump recently threatened to cut off federal funding to universities that organize anti-Zionist and pro-Palestinian protests. This threat is a violation of free speech.
On Tuesday, Trump announced on his Truth page that all federal funding for universities and schools that allow “illegal” protests would be cut off, and the protesters would be imprisoned or returned to the country they came from. In other words, in the US presidential election of November 2024, the world witnessed not the victory of one party’s candidate over another, but an extremist approach aimed at breaking all the rules that had been established since the founding of the United States, inspired by the ideas of John Locke and other liberal philosophers.
Trump’s America is moving away from all the rules, norms, and values of liberalism, which philosophers like Francis Fukuyama proudly demonstrated to the world in his book “The End of History and the First Man,” claiming that liberal democracy had triumphed. But now Fukuyama and his fellow philosophers are mourning the death of liberalism in the US. He declared: “Trump wants to consign categories such as liberalism, freedom, human rights, and so on to the book of history.”
With the positions and actions of Trump and his supporters, a fundamental change in the direction of US policy is taking place today, which has surprised and confused even Washington’s closest allies in Europe, Asia, and West Asia. As Christophe Husgen, the president of the Munich Security Conference, declared, amid the sadness and despair of European leaders: “Our values no longer coincide with those of America. The United States has abandoned Europe in favor of the continent’s ancient and classic enemies. Today, the voice of fascism is heard from the lips of Trump and his Vice President Vance.”
After Vance’s recent speeches in Europe, he has become known in European political circles as the “second Mussolini,” and far-right parties in Europe are looking to Trump and his team, including Elon Musk, for political and financial support in order to achieve and seize power. The consequences of Trump's policies for the United States, Europe, and other parts of the world become clear when we consider the philosophy and reasons for the presence of Elon Musk, worth $420 billion, and dozens of other super-rich people around the US president, whose combined wealth exceeds the annual budget of 70 countries in the world. Trump is trying to create opportunities for these people to make greater profits and is suppressing any idea or movement that contradicts the ideas, approaches, and policies of his administration.
